It all builds on a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. Responsibilities Design and optimize training material within the Handling & Logistics process. Analyse AS IS and future state of training material and systems. Create process roadmap and plans for future states. Define training material requirements and specifications if material shall be developed or sourced from others. Standardise generic layup training materials. Be part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility. Investigate and solve training issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys and Fishbone Diagrams. Apply continuous improvement principles using Lean tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material quality. Education Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. Train the Trainer or other training education. Experience 6–8 years of developing training material mainly for unskilled workers. Experience training shop floor employees. Planning of training for up to 100 persons. Developed/defined functional training material for employees with short or long education. Essential Skills Ability to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals. Knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats. Co‑develop content for functional training material with engineering managers and subject matter experts. Ensure training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies. Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e‑learning tools. Gather input from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs. Experience working on the factory floor to understand and solve problems. Data‑driven decision making using tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams. Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and possess great organisational discipline. Customer‑oriented and able to understand the complete business value chain from the customer perspective.
