Siena University is hiring a Marketing Graduate Assistant to join our team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside our marketing staff to build and launch campaigns across social, email, web, and digital channels.
You'll help us reach prospective students, tell Siena's story, and drive enrollment in real, measurable ways.

Key Responsibilities
Design and evaluate marketing content for various projects and campaigns.
Assist with in-person and virtual engagement activities for prospective students.
Serve on the admissions application file review committee.
Create and manage social media content.
Assist with email marketing and website editing.
Utilize digital marketing tools such as SEO, PPC advertising, SMS, and social media to enhance our online presence and engagement.

Requirements
Must be admitted as a full-time graduate student (minimum 9 credit hours in fall and spring semesters) in any of Siena's master's degree programs at the time the contract begins.
Must demonstrate that they will earn or have earned a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university prior to beginning the assistantship work experience.
Commitment to spend at least one year and no more than two years in the program.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Commitment to work some weekends during the academic year.
Compensation
Graduate Assistants will be contracted to work 17.5 hours per week over the course of 48 of the 52 weeks in the contract year.
The University is closed for two weeks at the end of December and beginning of January.
In consultation with the GA supervisor, two other unpaid weeks of leave will be planned.
Graduate Assistants will be paid an hourly wage in accordance with the contract.
