- To ensure that production is carried out in accordance with production specifications, technical specifications, technical drawings and customer-specific characteristics at any time to meet production schedules.
- Managing resources with a continuous improvement approach in order to realize production at the lowest cost.
- To disseminate and ensure correct use of continuous improvement tools for improvement of quality and cost.
- To take preventive measures by working in cooperation with related units in order to eliminate the problems.
- Ensuring and improving process efficiency in line with the determined target.
- To ensure the timely commissioning of the changes made on the product and the parts to be commissioned by working in coordination with the product engineering in order to meet the change demands.
- Ensure elimination of the process losses by using improvement tools.
- Manage improvement / automation activities to reduce production time.
- Managing Maintenance department in cooperation with supervisor with maintenance
- To identify, attack and improve the costs of no quality during production.
- To create and spread occupational safety awareness in the production area.
- Follow up and report the production KPIs.
- To prepare training plans with the trainer in order to provide a flexible assembly line.
- Determine improvement points of his/her team, develop yearly training plan with HR
- Support the Director to prepare annual budget.
Competenze ed esperienza
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in automotive field
- 8/10 years of previous experience in same role in multinational companies
- Knowledge of the most common KPI used in professional work environement
