We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners. /ph3Job Description /h3pbAsset Integration Manager /b is sought to participate and support tasks of development, engineering, construction, start up, commissioning and hand over of all new projects, with a focus on best in class hand off to Asset Management. The role will liaison with Business Development and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for all new projects and support, from the Asset Management perspective, an effective and timely execution of all phases of the projects. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliWith the support of the Head of Asset Management, develop OPEX and validate CAPEX cost projections for new projects to integrate into new project financial assessment. /liliActively participate in project teams and support business development by analyzing new project opportunities and providing data necessary from AM/ OM. /liliActively participate in project engineering reviews for new projects. Ensure AM technical requirements for new projects are included in project design. /liliActively support and coordinate with EPC on any AM/ OM related items during engineering and construction phases of new projects (PV plants / MV lines / HV substations) to ensure all AM requisites and requirements are met for an optimum project. /liliManage, with the support of the Quality Insurance team, the Early Commissioning Audits and, together with TAM colleagues, the Site Acceptance Inspections. /liliExecute processes and procedures to enable an effective and timely hand over from EPC to AM with no significant open items, and ensure knowledge sharing / transfer with the other Regional Teams (US / India / Japan). /liliLead punch list review activities with EPC and support timely closure of any and all pending items at any stage of the projects pre and post COD. /liliActively participate, along with local AM business unit, in AM/ OM personnel training, mentoring and coaching. /liliInterface with Grid Interconnection Team to ensure plant full compliance to the existing regulation. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor of Science or Engineering degree. /liliMinimum of 8 years of related experience. /liliStrong technical background in preferably solar and/or BESS projects including operating costs. /liliExperience in wind or other renewables could be considered. /liliAbility to work collaboratively and involve others in decision making when appropriate. /liliExcellent leadership and influence skills; ability to drive and motivate teams to achieve results. /liliAbility to influence and inspire action. /liliStrong initiative and drive for high achievement and continuous improvement. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliPrivate Health Insurance /liliPension Plan /liliPaid Time Off /liliWork From Home /liliTraining Development /liliPerformance Bonus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
