The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. /ppYou will drive the effort to find and attract talent for our business, collaborating with Client Lead Recruiters, business leaders and HR. You’ll also take on a lead role in various projects that impact the recruiting team’s efficiency and strategies, strengthening our ability to hire quality, diverse talent. /ppbKey job responsibilities /b /ppManage and prioritize multiple searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. /ppConduct negotiations with Hiring Manager and finance department in order to obtain the budget for recruitment, and manage the efficient use of approved recruitment budgets. /ppConduct market research and candidate generation in a high volume environment /ppEngage and nature potential candidate by holding career consulting and pitching right opportunities /ppBuild and maintain a network of potential leadership candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management /ppbConduct interviews of potential leadership candidates /b /ppWork directly with senior leaders to deeply understand business needs and lead an efficient high-quality recruitment funnel. /ppRecommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. /ppBuild search strategies with deliverables, timelines and a lead a formal tracking process. /ppbManages 360 degree recruiting from sourcing to closing /b /ppWork on various projects focused on getting candidates into our pipeline quickly. /ppBASIC QUALIFICATIONS /ppbBachelor's degree or equivalent experience /b /pp5+ years relevant experience managing 360 recruiting either at corporate setting or recruiting agencies. /ppExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English /ppbPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS /b /ppAbility to build and maintain a diverse network of leadership talent across the globe /ppAbility / experience in conducting proactive market research on talent markets /ppbAbility to manage relationships with senior stakeholders /b /ppAbility to screen and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline. /ppInterest in leading and participating in special projects / recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in recruitment of diversity and events management. /ppbExperience in high volume hiring of 50HC or more per year. /b /ppOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
