The following are your most important tasks: /p ul liTake ownership of dispatched customer issues. /li liSupport resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and on‑site services. /li liSupport the RFM/PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services. /li liDeliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers. /li liPerform all on‑site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, test tasks as well as upgrades or rework activities. /li liFollow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied. /li liFollow the applicable health and safety instructions and regulations. /li liEnsure up‑to‑date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements. /li liSupport Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities. /li liSupport resources dispatched onsite (FSE and SP) by RFM during commissioning and on‑site services. /li liParticipate in the claim management and RMA process. /li liTake care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process. /li liTake over randomly on‑call duties partly on weekends and nights. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 pAll right so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you and what background you should have in order to feel comfortable with this role. Keep in mind it is all about electrical equipment.
