Experteer Overview
In this role you will partner with sales to translate customer needs into technical solutions, guiding demonstrations, RFP responses, and architectural recommendations. You’ll bridge Informatica’s product capabilities with business value, collaborating across product, engineering, and marketing to improve offerings. The position emphasizes trusted advisory work and data-driven storytelling to accelerate customer adoption. A meaningful hook is the mission to drive AI-enabled workforce transformation while upholding core Salesforce values.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Lead customer discovery, qualification, and technical demonstrations to support the sales cycle
* Prepare and present RFI/RFP responses and standard demos
* Manage customer engagements with minimal direct account support
* Collaborate with Data Foundations, Core teams, PM, Eng, and Marketing to refine product positioning
* Share best practices and stay certified in relevant services
* Support adoption activities with Customer Success for consumption and workshops
* Provide feedback on product direction and assist with executive-level events and demos
Responsabilità
* 5+ years in presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting
* Basic technical knowledge of hybrid software deployment, data warehousing, DB, and BI concepts
* Strong storytelling and presentation skills with prospects across GTM use cases
* Experience building relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners
* Ability to travel up to 50% and flexible hours
* Degree or equivalent relevant experience (evaluated by core competencies)
* Experience in data integration, MDM, data governance (highly preferred)
* Cloud ecosystem/data cloud tech knowledge (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure) (preferred)
* Basic cloud security knowledge (desirable)
