PpbJob title: /b Laboratory Solution Expert /p pbCompany: /b Copan Wasp S.r.l. /p pbPosition: /b The Laboratory Solution Expert will be responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of automated solutions for workflow optimization in the laboratories where our automations will be present. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency, quality and scalability of processes, supporting the integration between automation technologies, information systems and biomedical devices. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze existing lab processes for opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. /li liCoordinate the implementation of automated systems. /li liMonitor KPIs related to productivity, cycle times, operating costs, and compliance. /li liDrive business development by maximizing the conversion of opportunities into sales and support partners in generating value. /li liPromote and manage strategic alliances with key players in the field of clinical microbiology. /li liDevelop detailed technical reports to support investments and strategic decisions, proposing modular, flexible, and reconfigurable solutions in line with market evolution. /li liProvide concrete evidence and benchmarks to support Marketing in communicating use cases, benefits, and ROI of the solutions. /li liSupport commercial activities by participating in sales meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other events, providing technical expertise to promote the product. /li liCollaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure promotional messages accurately reflect the technical and operational benefits of the solutions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Biomedical Engineering, Management Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry or similar. Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Operations is a plus. /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles in companies in the biomedical, pharma, diagnostics or industrial automation sectors. /li liPractical experience in managing automation projects in the laboratory. /li liKnowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO 15189, ISO 13485 standards. /li liFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, project management methodologies (e.g. PMP). /li liExcellent analytical, problem solving and change management skills. /li liExcellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken). /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
