IMPiegato Ufficio Acquisti - Categoria Protetta (Randstad Italia)
Location: Milano (zona nord). Tempo pieno, 37 hours per week with flexible start and finish times. Hybrid model available, 2 days smart‑working per week.
Job type : Direct hiring – permanent contract. Competitive RAL commensurate with experience. Additional benefits: ticket restaurant (9 € per day), comprehensive welfare package, production bonus.
Responsibilities :
Procure materials, tools and machinery for laboratories and production sites.
Place and track purchase orders in direct interface with domestic and international suppliers.
Track delivery times, quality and resolve supply issues.
Identify and onboard new suppliers.
Maintain purchasing documentation and generate procurement reports.
Verify and manage inventory levels.
Qualifications :
Category protected under Legislative Decree 68/99.
Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing or order processing.
Good command of English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
