EVENT SPECIALIST
Cliniq Brand Surgery, Communication and Events agency (take a look here! https://cliniqbs.com/), is looking for a dynamic EVENT SPECIALIST to join the Event team.

What will you do?
Under the supervision of a manager, you’ll help bring to life innovative and impactful events out there. From concept to execution, you’ll play a key role in shaping experiences that leave a lasting impression.
You’ll have the opportunity to explore the full spectrum of the events industry—working closely with teams across Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Booth & Space Design, Live Experiences, and Strategic Research.
You’ll be expected to meticulously plan every phase of an event or setup, liaise directly with clients, and collaborate with a wide range of professionals. You will be asked to learn quickly, because we like to give more and more responsibility.
Handling stress will definitely be one of your biggest challenges—but each successful event will bring a sense of achievement that’s hard to beat. In this field, proactivity and creativity are your greatest allies.
What are we looking forward?
§ 2 years of experience as a project manager/account in the events industry;
§ Degree in Communication, Event Management or equivalent;
§ Perfect English required; Spanish fluency is very much appreciated;
§ Sense of responsibility;
§ Strong passion for the events industry;
§ Excellent relational skills;
§ Excellent knowledge of Office Package;
§ A positive attitude and excellent team work skills;
§ Ability to manage deadlines;
§ Problem solving and Stress Management as your daily business;
§ Good writing skills;
§ Quick learning.
