MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Scanning of different documents
* Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
* Organize office records
* Perform general administrative duties as required
* Liaising with authorities such as Registrar of Companies, Tax Office, VAT, etc.
* Preparation of DHL / ACS / Travel Express envelopes
* Notarization and Legalization of documents
* Registration of companies with the Tax Office
* Obtaining online filling codes from the Registrar of Companies
* Preparation of Bound Sets & Affidavits
* Publication of Notices in newspapers
* Placing orders for office supplies
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Fluent in Greek and English
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 & Windows
* Computer literate
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Responsible and reliable
* Ability to work under stress
* Flexible and quick learner
* Excellent attention to detail
* Pleasant personality
* Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
