Your work will directly support early defect detection, increased test coverage, higher automation, and stronger client confidence. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead strategic analysis of highly complex business, functional, and technical requirements, shaping testing direction across large, high‑risk or multi‑stream initiatives. /liliAct as a senior trusted advisor to clients, senior stakeholders and internal leadership, influencing decisions related to quality, risk management, delivery models, and testing investment. /liliDefine, govern, and continuously evolve testing strategies and quality frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational standards, client expectations, and long‑term service maturity. /liliSynthesize test outcomes, quality risks and systemic issues across initiatives, translating them into clear insights and recommendations that support executive‑level decision‑making. /liliLead complex incident and defect management from a holistic quality perspective, driving root‑cause analysis, cross‑team alignment, and sustainable improvements to prevent recurrence. /liliContribute to the advancement of Testing Services by defining best practices, mentoring senior consultants, supporting capability development, and shaping how testing is delivered across the organization. /liliTake leadership on projects, define scope, ensure the initiative remains on track, and contribute to overall project optimisation. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliEducational background in STEM or Finance. /liliFinancial knowledge in investment banking and accounting. /liliKnowledge in at least one of the following areas: Front Office, Back Office, Accounting processes or Financial Transaction Workflows. /lili8–10 years of experience in software testing or a comparable background. /liliPractical coding experience (C# preferred; Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell welcome) or strong tech‑savviness. /liliExperience creating test automation scripts and scenarios highly desirable. /liliExperience with version control (Git/Azure DevOps or similar). /liliHands‑on experience working within Agile methodology. /liliStrong analytical judgment and the ability to translate complexity into clear direction. /liliOwnership mindset with proactive risk and outcome management. /liliStrong consulting presence, clear communication, and confidence in decision‑making. /liliFluency in English (min.
