Reporting to the Brand Experience Manager, the Brand Experience Assistant Manager will take care of delivering the new Brand positioning to our new target, using all the Company Events related to internal and external Customers and Sponsoring activations. Main responsibilities Developing all aspects for the Brand Experience strategy, the Brand Experience Assistant Manager will: - Coordinate and manage corporate events such as roadshows, sport events, winter/summer tours, to ensure a world-class customer experience while working to convert activities into sales opportunities; - Define the best location and events according to the internal/external Customer needs and goals; - Be involved in defining sponsorship and co-marketing activities in line with the brand/products positioning; - Brief KIT Communication Agency, and liaising with them, identify suppliers, estimate costs, define the schedule and monitors the execution; - Prepare and manage timelines for marketing projects; - Participate and contribute to marketing activities to help achieving Company goals; - Ensure that all creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines; - Contribute to the good reputation of the Company by promoting good communications at all times and challenging bad practice if it should occur; - Produce campaign analytics reports as required, summarizing data and translating them into reports. Check the return on investment of every activation and suggest changes and adjustments, if needed; - Manage and monitor the budget and invoices related to the Brand Experience office. Education Experience: - University degree, preferably with Marketing curriculum. - Previous Marketing experience, at least 3 years Requirements: - Fluent Italian (written and spoken) - Excellent English (written and spoken) - MS office proficient Education: University degree, preferably with Marketing curriculum. Experience: Min 3-5 year experience. Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills; - Positive and proactive approach, Events enthusiastic, prepared to generate new ideas and carry them forward; - Attention to details, organizational skill and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced setting; - Willing to take on new projects and be flexible; - Accurate, reliable and target oriented; - Good numeracy and good analytical and reporting skills.
