Job Description:

Your mission

* You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication .
* You will introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.
* You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage .
* You identify potential "stumbling blocks" in the onboarding projects and work to eliminate them in coordination with customers and colleagues.
* You are in charge of upgrading our solutions for existing clients.
* Through close contact with customers, you help to improve our products and processes .

Your profile

* You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, preferably with proven successful projects.
* You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress: you can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations.
* You are willing to travel to customer sites.
* You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not required.
