Overview

Responsibilities
* Training Services: Deliver Autodesk Authorized Training Courses to clients in-house or on-site; Deliver Graitec IP Training Courses to clients in-house or on-site; Prepare and deliver Bespoke Training Courses to clients in-house or on-site; Conduct post-training course customer reviews; Assist with training administration duties (e.g., customer evaluations, courseware, training certificates).
* Consulting Services: Work with the sales team and customer to develop an implementation plan and help customers adopt new technologies; Implement Autodesk IP / Graitec IP / 3rd party software or solution lines; Manage large implementations from handover to closeout; Run pre-implementation workshops; Work with sales to run project closeout meetings; Provide high-level project-based consultancy; Develop supporting documentation including data standards and post-implementation documents.
* Pre-Sales Support: Advise clients on software choices and system platform requirements; Demonstrate BIM software aligned to client needs; Deliver presentations on BIM software at meetings and events; Provide technical assistance to sales staff during the pre-sales stage.
* Post-Sales Support: Advise clients on technical issues related to implementation and use of design software; Liaise with suppliers to identify solutions; Provide on-the-job project consultancy.
* General Company Duties: Research and provide technical advice on new product opportunities; Assist Sales and Marketing with business development; Provide regular feedback to R&D on Graitec products.
* Key Success Indicators: Collaborate with sales to drive awareness; Help win new business through demonstrations and prospect discussions; Nurture current customers for renewals and projects; Help sales run webinars; Ensure accurate CRM data; Contribute to marketing and global solution communities; Improve processes and documentation.
* Qualifications for the role include: Proven experience with Autodesk Revit (Architecture or Structure); Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows; Background in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Structural Engineering; Experience in project-based environments using Revit; Nice to have: prior experience in training, consulting, or technical support roles.
Qualifications
* Degree in Architecture, Structural / Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts clearly.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
* Interest in staying up-to-date with BIM trends and Autodesk solutions.
* A full driving license as travel is required.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and written communication.
* Fluent English; additional language skills in German or French are highly valued.
