Join our Finance – Planning & Control (FP&A) team and gain hands‑on experience supporting business decisions and monitoring store performance in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network.
* Support monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
* Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights.
* Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
* Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers.
* Act as a business partner with Finance, Retail and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions.
* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
Qualifications
* Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
* Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
* Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Proactive attitude, curiosity and a genuine interest in the retail and beauty industry dynamics.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
