The team also manages organizational development by analyzing business processes, promoting digital transformation, and ensuring alignment with the University’s evolving goals. /pp The intern will support the team and be involved in a wide range of activities, including: /pulli Recruiting : managing full-cycle recruitment processes of interns and entry-level staff in collaboration with HRBPs. /lili Learning Training : supporting the design, communication, logistics, and feedback collection for training initiatives; managing the e-learning platform and reporting activities. /lili Talent Development : supporting the implementation of performance management processes (feedback, goal setting, development plans). /lili Talent Acquisition Employer Branding : organizing and participating in employer branding events and managing communication campaigns for talent engagement. /lili Organizational Development : contributing to HR transformation projects aimed at process digitization and employee experience improvement. /lili Process Mapping Optimization : analyzing existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and supporting the update of internal documentation, procedures, and organizational charts. /lili Data Analysis : collecting and analyzing HR data to track KPIs, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. /li /ulp Requirements /pulli Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path (Master in HR is considered a plus); /lili Fluent in English and Italian; /lili Strong digital mindset and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); /lili Previous experience or knowledge in project management and/or digital transformation is a plus; /lili Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (minimum 6 months); /lili Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic attitude, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, hands-on and customer-oriented approach, good organizational autonomy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow; /lili Passion for people development and the education sector. /li /ulp We Offer /pulli6-month paid internship (1,000€ gross/month), starting from September 2025 ; /lili Hands-on experience in a leading international academic institution; /lili On-the-job training and professional development (e.g. training programs, Coursera, English courses, career orientation initiatives); /lili A collaborative, purpose-driven, and inclusive working environment; /lili Access to campus services and networking events; /lili Smart working and flexible hours. /li /ulp To Apply /pp Please send your CV in PDF format.
