✈️ **We’re Hiring: Leisure Group Travel Leader** ✨ We are launching an exciting **new project** and are looking for an experienced **Leisure Group Travel Leader** to join our team and help us build and grow this division from the ground up. This role is ideal for a **dynamic, creative, and highly organised professional** with a solid background in **group leisure travel to Italy**, who is ready to take ownership and make an impact in a fast-growing company. **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordination of group leisure travel for international tourists visiting Italy
- Management of correspondence with partners and clients, both locally and overseas
- Preparation of quotations and handling of group reservations
- Organisation and supervision of special requests and tailor-made services
- Active contribution to the development and structuring of this new project
- Ensure quality and efficiency of the operations (deadlines, customer-supplier invoicing...)
- Being the point of contact for providers, suppliers, incoming agency and tour operator to ensure the quality of the service.
- Follow up events before, during and after with the client directly.
