Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics /p h3YOUR ROLE AT KIKO MILANO /h3 pWe are looking for a bReplenishment Specialist /b to join KIKO MILANO’s Operations Team, reporting to the Replenishment Coordinator. /p pSuch talent will ensure availability of products across all channels of KIKO Stores and E-commerce website, granting the product is in the right quantity, in the right place and at the right time without compromising the company goals on service level, inventory and obsolescence. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDrive the replenishment strategy of finished goods and POP materials for offline stores and online/ e-commerce channels /li liGrant the correct service level, optimizing store and on-line inventory levels, in accordance with the commercial strategy for both baseline and promotions/events /li liMonitor and analyze KPIs and develop actions accordingly /li liRe-distributes and re-allocates low inventory according to business strategy /li liAct as key interface between Planning/Replenishment and Warehouse Operations teams to ensure seamless information and execution flow. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liUniversity degree, Engineering or Economics with a strong focus on supply chain /li li3-year experience in a similar role in an international environment, having worked in the supply chain / merchandise of a retail company is a plus /li liStrong analytical skills, ability to extrapolate and analyze data to drive problem solving, business recommendation and performance improvement /li liAbility to disagree and commit /liliFluent in English (writing, reading and speaking) /li liSAP (user) ideal /li liExcellent interpersonal skills /li /ul h3DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liA leader-driven approach: Thinking before acting, innovating, simplifying and delivering results.
