Main Press Centre Private Office Manager - Fixed term contract (Temporary) Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is seeking a Main Press Centre Private Office Manager to oversee the allocation, setup and management of private office spaces within the MPC. The role involves coordinating with media representatives, managing bookings, and working closely with facility teams and IT services to ensure offices are equipped and maintained to high operational standards. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication are essential. This is a Games-time role requiring a shift-based schedule, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the allocation and setup process of private offices within the MPC Coordinate with facilities and IT teams to ensure all office spaces are fully equipped and operational Act as the primary liaison for media organizations, addressing office space needs, special requests, and logistical inquiries Supervise the setup and maintenance of private offices, ensuring a high standard of service Address and resolve any issues or requests from media tenants promptly and efficiently Coordinate closely with MPC Manager and Deputy Manager as well as other key MPC Managers to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration Submit daily reports to the Main Press Centre Manager Requirements Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships Excellent attention to detail and commitment to follow through on issues and actions Ability to deliver to high standards under pressure with a proactive attitude Strong communication skills Respect of policies and procedures Extensive experience in Media Operations and/or Venue Management Experience in delivering media operations at international sports events, preferably in previous Olympic Games Experience in team management Good understanding of the needs of media working at major international sport events Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in Italian is an advantage IT-experienced, knowledge of usual office software and Internet Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Other information Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is committed to building an inclusive and diversified working environment, guaranteeing equal opportunities for all workers (L.903/77) and promoting the integration of persons with disabilities (L.68/99).
