In this role, you will provide advice and support on all insurance matters. You will manage the renewal of life and non-life insurance programs for all company divisions, subsidiaries, and associated companies. /p h3Your tasks: /h3 ul liLead insurance renewals, prepare documents, collect and check data (revenues, insured values, fleet, headcounts), manage offers, approvals, premiums, and coverage. /li liExecute renewals with alignment to global timelines, including exposure collection (headcounts, wages), renewal notifications, and premium invoicing and collection. /li liMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance programs in Italy. /li liSupport business units with insurance questions and coordinate with global teams. /li liWork with Legal, Procurement, Real Estate, HR, and other teams to review insurance requirements in contracts and agreements. /li liOrganize and support property risk surveys on key company sites. /li liManage employee benefit insurance programs, work with insurers, and ensure smooth claims processing. /li liSuggest ways to make insurance processes more efficient and improve satisfaction. /li /ul h3Your profile: /h3 ul liUniversity degree and/or professional qualification in insurance or business management. /li li10 years of experience in insurance within a global multinational company, broker, or in-house risk function. /li liComfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with strict deadlines. /li liAble to work independently and in a team. /li liCustomer-focused, able to understand needs and provide solutions. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical content to non-technical audiences. /li liStrong time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently. /li liHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data management. /li liFull professional proficiency in English and Italian. /li liStrong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /li /ul h3We offer: /h3 ul liGreat opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the world /li liInternational and virtual environment /li liFlexibility and great opportunity to learn /li liTempting Compensation and benefits /li /ul pDHL is an equal opportunity employer.
