About the role
You will partner with business leaders to support new business launches, monitor transformation programs, and help drive alignment across Group, Divisions, and Companies.
This role offers high exposure across the organization and provides a unique opportunity to actively contribute to Coesia’s strategic direction while developing a broad business perspective in a dynamic and international environment.
Responsibilities

* Support business leaders in defining and structuring transformation initiatives and strategic objectives at Group, Division, and Company level
* Monitor the execution of strategic plans by tracking milestones and KPIs, proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation actions
* Collaborate with initiative owners to develop tools, content, and materials, ensuring effective alignment and progress tracking
* Facilitate communication and information flow across Coesia organizations, acting as a key coordination point for strategic initiatives
* Identify synergies and cross-business opportunities to enhance the overall impact of transformation programs
* Prepare high-quality analyses, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors
* Contribute to cross-functional and cross-business transformation projects, providing structured analytical support
What you need to be successful

* Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
* 4–6 years of experience xjrgpwk in top-tier consulting firms or corporate strategy roles, preferably within international environments
* Solid financial acumen combined with strong analytical and project management skills; ability to navigate complexity, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly synthesize and present complex information
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
* Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Availability to travel as needed (up to 10%)
