Overview LHH is supporting an international industrial group in the search for a Financial Controller to report directly to the Head of Controlling. Responsibilities The person will be responsible for the following activities:
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee cost accounting, product costing, and margin analysis for manufacturing operations. Monitor budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing variance analysis and performance insights. Lead working capital management, including inventory, receivables, and payables control. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal control procedures. Coordinate audits—internal, external, and statutory. Implement and enhance ERP-based financial processes. Prepare cash flow analysis and support treasury-related activities.
Your Profile Qualifications Candidates possessing the following requirements will be taken into consideration:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in financial controlling within industrial/manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, industrial KPIs. Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP and internal controls. Advanced proficiency with ERP SAP. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong Excel and capabilities. Ability to partner with operations and communicate effectively across functions. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Leadership mindset with ability to work under tight deadlines.
