Ph3Scope /h3 pEnsure Project Management from project Full Funding stage to hand-over and close-out, targeting an outcome that meets all the defined project objectives for cost, schedule, quality, safety and environment and delivers the business benefits operating according to Engineering Project Management standard, Global Engineering Standards and portfolio rules. While ensuring the final output, navigates project management rules with ability to apply new methodologies, proper digitalization application, problem solving attitude, risks identification and mitigation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsures assigned projects execution according to GSK rules and guidelines as reported in Project management Framework (PMF); Sets clearly project scope, planning and costs; defining project baselines (WBS/ Time and costs baselines). /li liSets Project KPIs and monitors project adherence; applies projects change management criteria highlighting, according to PMF, specific impact on project controls (costs/ schedule/ EHS/ Quality); Applies and drives projects review (EHS/ GMP/ After Action Review); ensures handover is executed in a timely and complete process to the Customer (Gate 4 according to PMF). /li liIdentifies and proactively manages project risks according to PMF. Implements robust risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines, costs, and overall delivery.
