Reporting to the TSS Team Leader, the Technical Sales Support Engineer is a key point of contact for both customers and salesforce and provide technical support both for domestic and foreign colleagues.Main Activities- Doing technical specification analysis and product selection- Doing technical proposal- Providing technical documentation- Bearing and gears calculation in the proposal phase- Drive unit components analysis, selection and pricing- Preparing general assembly drawings- Updating project time schedule- Supporting other members of the sales team by training them on the product applicationsEducationDegree in Mechanic or Mechatronic EngineeringRequirements- English - good knowledge- Strong mechanical skills- 2D-3D technical drawing- Microsoft Office - good knowledge- Job experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar position- Required professional qualifications include:- Research and analytical skills- Organizational skills- Proactivity- Communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients and relay this to colleagues- Teamworking skills
