You will interact with sales managers in an international environment, rotating through different assignments, guided by country managers/regional directors, with sponsorship from two sales executives. Recent graduates in Architecture & Design. Other degrees will be valued if the candidate shows strong interest and some experience selling high-end design products and/or upscale services. Strong communication skills, curiosity to learn, team spirit, commitment, and energy to lead projects. Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus. No formal work experience required, but any experience in sales or customer service is valued. What is the purpose of the program? The Designia Program aims to identify, coach, and develop architects and designers (others may be considered). When does the program start? The program begins in October 2025 and concludes in June 2026. Program structure: The first two weeks are in our headquarters in Almería, focusing on classroom training. Following that, participants will undertake on-the-job training in their assigned locations. Additional online training sessions will be conducted throughout the program. Participants will work on a specific project, which they will present and defend before senior leadership. What happens at the end of the program?
