As a Project Finance Analyst / Associate within our Structured Finance team, you will have the chance to experience and manage complex transactions gaining exposure and knowledge by :
* Engaging in the origination, structuring and execution of Structured Finance transactions (focused on Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors);
* Developing financial models, analyzing business plans and due diligence aimed at preparing credit applications;
* Providing support in the internal credit processes, coordinating with stakeholders and be preparing the documentation for internal business & credit approvals;
Analysing and negotiating of NDAs, term sheets, financial agreements etc
Requirements
* 1-3 years of relevant work experience in structured finance or financial advisory. Practice in Project finance and Real Estate transactions will be considered as a plus;
* Master degree with excellent academic records;
* Fluency in English;
* Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset;
* Proficiency in financial analysis (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and financial modelling;
Acquainted with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
