What we do
The team is based in Milan, delivering advisory and consultancy services related to commercial excellence and revenue growth across sectors such as digital technologies, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and mobility. Our scope includes market entry and growth strategy, M&A, public affairs, operations footprint, and client and partner acquisition. From Milan, we cover Italy, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.

What do we expect from you?
You should be interested in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn, and supportive of Swedish clients' growth in Italy, Europe, and globally. You will work in project teams, analyzing and presenting insights, and traveling regularly with clients.
You will assist senior colleagues in sales, developing new business opportunities, and creating customer value propositions. We value strong analytical skills and the ability to interact with senior business leaders.
Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills
* Recently graduated or up to ~4 years of relevant experience in management consulting or business development
* Master of Science in Business, Administration, or Engineering
* Proficiency in English and Italian (spoken and written) is required
Soft Skills
* Result-oriented, analytical, driven, and adaptable to challenges
* Experience in sales of services is preferred
* Self-motivated and accountable team player
Plus
* Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Greek
* Experience in Italy or Greece, or in consulting, strategy, or business development roles
* International study or work experience
Depending on your experience, the position may be as an Associate or a Consultant. This role is initially a 1-year contract.
