Basic purpose of the Job
You’ll lead the solution design, delivery, and operations of Omnichannel digital applications across several technology domains such as 3D, Ecom platforms, AI, and ML models.
In this role, you will:
* Design and lead the implementation of new features or entire new digital applications according to the overall digital vision and target architecture.
* Gather Business requirements necessary for the development or configuration of application software projects, from analysis to delivery and post-support.
* Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure systems and programs are tested and debugged.
* Responsible for technical analysis and holistic solution design of future capabilities and features, including external dependencies, cross-domain APIs, and technical enablers/stories.
* Analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies.
* Define technical stories to enable business capabilities, fostering re-use of existing components, and accept technical features following demos.
* Provide technical guidance to software engineers to ensure alignment.
* Ensure compliance with technology guidelines (e.g., tech security).
* Monitor and collect data on system performance.
* Assist and train team members.
* Organize project activities, define project timelines, tasks, and manage suppliers.

* 3-5 years of experience in roles such as Technical Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Digital Application Solution Architect, or similar.
* Extensive knowledge of ECOM, Marketplaces, Recommendation engines, 3D solutions, Machine Learning, GenAI.
* Exposure to multiple technologies and processing environments.
* Experience working with agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD, and BDD.
* Solution architecture and design experience.
* Feasibility analysis skills.
* Business capability and customer journey architecture governance in agile delivery.
* Technical enablers, API integration, and detailed technical and operational story design skills.
* Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with high creativity.
* Strong relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration skills supporting multiple DevOps teams.
* Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
* Fluent in English.
* Luxury and Fashion background is appreciated but not mandatory.
