Description
The Facility Operator is responsible for operational and technical support to the daily activities related to the management of the company's buildings and infrastructures. It collaborates with the maintenance team and external suppliers to ensure the proper functioning of the plants, the safety of the work environment and the efficiency of general services.
Responsibilities
* Carry out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities on plants and structures.
* Monitor the status of buildings and report any anomalies or need for intervention.
* Manage requests for intervention through ticketing software or digital tools.
* Support the logistical organization of spaces, equipment and workstations.
* Collaborate with external suppliers for technical and maintenance interventions.
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
* Draw up reports and technical documentation using IT tools.
* Communicate effectively in English with international suppliers and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Technical diploma or professional qualification in the electrical, mechanical field.
* Previous experience in similar roles in the facility or maintenance sector.
* Good knowledge of the English language (B1 level or higher).
* Good command of the Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word) and management software.
* Ability to work in a team, problem solving and result orientation.
* Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts or on call, if required.
