Ph3MAIN MISSIONS /h3 pbFinancial Management Control /b /p ul liLead all financial cycles for the local industrial side, in the frame of processes defined by the Group: budget, financial estimates, monthly closing; /li liLead local CAPEX financial business cases and follow / monitor their implementation; /li liImprove internal control, notably in the fields of purchasing, distribution and manufacturing; /li liEnsure full control of inventories: inventory stock takings, stock valuation, fair value (assess obsolescence and provision for risks); /li liAnimate industrial cost controlling and cost saving projects. /li /ul pbData collection analysis /b /p ul liCalculate the unit standard costs consistently with Group standards procedures; /li liIssue monthly industrial variances so as to support decision making and action plans monitoring; /li liProvide alerts and recommendations for improvements; /li liSupport the capture and analysis of RD spending / CAPEX for the purpose of maximizing available tax credits and bio-science grants. /li /ul pbPolicy / tools development implementation /b /p ul liParticipate in the implementation of Corporate’s ERP in the JV: JDE production module (with the support of the Corporate IT team); /li liEnsure that campuses are meeting all requirements of Local GAAP when appropriate. /li /ul pbInternal Customer Management /b /p ul liParticipate in SOP meetings, KPI review meetings and strongly interact with other departments (production, supply chain); /li liWork with Country business controller to provide all necessary industrial cost information; /li liProvide training and education to the campus staff related to industrial and cost accounting concepts. /li /ul pbHe or she is in relation with : /b /p ul liThe Campus Industrial Director, particularly concerning KPI’s reporting, industrial controlling report and industrial costs strategy, /li /ul pbMAIN OBJECTIVES /b /p pBear the voice of finance on both industrial campuses: provide General Industrial Management with a comprehensive view of economical performance and recommendations, supported by consistent dashboards linked with operational KPIs; assess potential risks and anticipate alerts. /p pBusiness modeling forecasting: support Industrial Management in driving and executing strategic business decisions to contribute to the profitable growth of the business and the volume manufactured; provide visibility on investment decisions through proper financial business cases; monitor unit cost evolution. /p pSupport cost control convergence: identify key cost drivers and savings opportunities; lead cost optimization initiatives and mid-term convergence roadmaps; support continuous improvement initiatives. /p ul liMaster's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics /li liExperience of at least 5 years in the role in industrial contexts /li liStrong predisposition to interpersonal relationships, proactivity, flexibility /li liKnowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) /li liBusiness English /li liYour profile /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
