Synergie Italia SpA, a branch in Milan Restelli, is recruiting for a client operating in the telecommunications sector.
Position
The selected candidates will handle customer service via phone, email, or chat, managing inquiries or complaints related to vehicle rentals, including contracts, payments, cancellations, or repairs. They will also manage back-office activities related to these tasks.
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer care is appreciated
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Empathy and availability towards clients
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Good keyboard skills and multitasking ability
* Team orientation and good predisposition to teamwork
Candidates with no prior experience will be positively evaluated for apprenticeship programs.
Additional Information
A preparatory training course will start on 23/06, in a hybrid mode, lasting 4 weeks.
Following training, a part-time contract of 20 hours per week will be offered, with shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, 5 days a week, including weekends.
Contract type: CCNL Telecomunicazioni - 3rd level
Work location: Vimodrone, Milan (near Cologno Sud metro station), with remote working options.
