The role sits within the Planning & Control team and supports the CFO/Top management in budgeting and forecasting, performance monitoring and management reporting. The position also contributes to periodic management information and data flows to the parent company:
* Budget and forecast processes, including data collection, consolidation and presentations
* Monitor performance vs. budget/forecast and provide variance analysis and key insights
* Prepare recurring management reporting (KPIs, cost tracking, profitability snapshot)
* Support monthly management closing activities and reconciliations between accounting and controlling views
* Contribute to ad hoc analyses and information requests from the CFO/Top Management and the Group
Responsibilities
Requirements
* Degree in Economics (or equivalent)
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role
* Innovation driven mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Fluent Italian and English
* Strong analytical and structured mindset, able to summarise for management
* Proactive, resilient and deadline-driven
