The selected candidate will be responsible for: Managing vendor resources to ensure compliance with contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Monitoring the operation of assigned systems and ensuring quality by tracking tickets and planning maintenance activities. Coordinating and supervising the internal operational team and external vendors providing various services (Help Desk, assistance, etc.) in case of faults or incidents. Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company. Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to achieve operational objectives. Producing periodic reports on activities and conducting analysis for improvement, as well as verifying documentation of systems for Assurance and potential recovery from the Delivery Area repository. Ensuring complete, accurate, and continuously updated documentation of systems and procedures. Having knowledge of physical security systems: surveillance, access control, intruder alarms, etc., including architecture, components, and operation. Familiarity with the platforms in use at Acantho: BMC Helix (for monitoring, ticket, and SLA management) and Genetec Security Center. This activity is primarily on-site but remote work is considered.
