traction .

Your Mission Design ,
launch, and
optimize
performance
marketing campaigns to drive: Qualified leads Customer acquisition Early revenue traction You will play a
key
role
in validating our
go-to-market strategy
What You’ll Do Set up and manage campaigns across: Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) TikTok Ads (nice to have) Build and test landing pages & funnels (in collaboration with our team) Define and track core KPIs (CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates) Run rapid A/B tests (creatives, copy, targeting) Optimize campaigns continuously with a data-driven approach Provide clear weekly reports with insights & next actions
Who You Are Proven experience in performance marketing for early-stage startups Strong ability to work with small budgets and high uncertainty Hands-on executor (not just strategy) Analytical mindset + strong experimentation culture Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Bonus: experience in health, wellness, or D2C subscriptions
