The role is responsible for theoperational excellence, reliability, and validated stateof centrally managedlaboratory and business-critical IT applicationssupporting regulated QC and GxP environments. The role focuses onday-to-day operations, compliance, stability, and lifecycle managementof laboratory applications such asEmpower, NuGenesis, LabSolutions, and similar systems, ensuring systems remain compliant, available, and fit for purpose across BPT sites. This position works closely withQA, CSV, Infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholdersto maintain validated systems, support audits, and deliver controlled system changes.Key Responsibilities ProvideLevel 2 / Level 3 operational supportfor centrally managed laboratory and enterprise applications, managing incidents acrossP1 to P4 severity levelsin line withITIL best practices. Performregular maintenance, upgrades, patching, preventive maintenance, and system health checks. Proactively monitorapplications, databases, and virtualized environmentsto prevent service disruption. Ensure systems operate in compliance withGxP, data integrity, and internal quality requirements. Contribute to Computer System Validation (CSV) activities Manage and coordinateincident, change, problem, and exception managementactivities. Supportroot cause analysisand contribute toCAPA definition and follow‑up. Collaborate withInfrastructure, QA, CSV teams, and vendorsto resolve issues efficiently.Key Competencies & Skills Strong experience inIT operations within regulated (GxP) environments; Solid understanding ofCSV, data integrity, and validation lifecycle; Hands-on experience withlaboratory applications(Empower, NuGenesis, LabSolutions or similar); Proficiency inPowerShell / scripting; Good knowledge ofOracle and SQL databases; Experience withvirtualized environments ; VM image creationis a strong plus; Willingness towork outside business hours or weekends on rare occasions, based on planned IT changes and critical incidents; Willingness totravel up to 20%to support sites, projects, or audits.Additional Information To apply, it is necessary send a detailedCurriculum Vitae written in english,specifying the authorization to process personal data.
