This is a strategic role focused on developing winning technical proposals for large-scale commercial and utility BESS projects. Key Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, or similar. Proven experience working with BESS – especially in system integration or technical proposal management. Strong understanding of battery storage components: PCS, EMS, HVAC, and renewables integration. Fluent in English (business level). Must be currently residing in Germany, France, or Italy. Role Highlights: Lead the end-to-end technical proposal process from RFP to submission. Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to shape technically sound, competitive bids. Write and refine technical documentation, designs, and compliance content. Act as a technical point of contact throughout customer evaluations. 100% remote within Germany, France, or Italy.
