Primary Care Family Practice Physician
Location: Belleville & Quinte West Community Health Centre, 161 Bridge St., West, Ontario, Canada.
Full‑time, permanent. Salary $273,109.20 – $331,968.00 per year based on a 35‑hour week.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary health care to clients at all ages.
- Engage in organizational initiatives on quality improvement, policy development, health equity issues, and program development or modification in response to community needs.
Qualifications
- CCFP (active status).
- General license to practice from CPSO in good standing.
- Current CMPA membership.
- Primary care experience preferred, especially with communities or individuals who face barriers to accessing care.
- Commitment to working within and optimizing the interdisciplinary team.
