Arkage is looking for a Social Media Manager intermediate (RM), is that you?What you do on a daily basisYou will design social media strategies and editorial plans for national and international brands, translating creative concepts into formats and content consistent with the language of each channel. You will monitor both organic and paid performance, optimizing strategy, messaging, and creativity based on the data collected. You will manage the community, moderating conversations according to guidelines and the tone of voice defined with clients. You will utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to devise and produce creative assets within editorial plans, optimizing them for various formats. AI will be integrated into the creative process as a support tool, not as a replacement for your creative sensibility. You will work closely with Project Managers, Art Directors, Creative Strategists, and Creative Directors to ensure consistency, quality, and continuity between strategy, creativity, and content delivery.Who you areYou have 3 to 5 years of experience in managing brands on social media and can independently handle the entire workflow of ideation, production, publication, and content analysis. You interpret data to recognize what works and what needs optimization, translating insights into operational decisions regarding formats, messaging, and the editorial calendar, as well as drafting clear reports. You adapt tone and formats to the required creative contexts, working across diverse brands and sectors (e.G., fashion, real estate, automotive). You collaborate in a structured way with the team and suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs are of high quality. You stay updated on platform evolutions and integrate AI into your workflow to make ideation and production more efficient.Essential Technical SkillsAdvanced Technical Platform Management: Good mastery of Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Center for the configuration and management of business assets.Advertising Campaign Management: Advanced proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager to create and optimize campaigns.Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to analyze results for both organic activities (engagement, reach, fan base growth) and paid activities, translating them into clear reports and strategic dashboards.Tracking and Measurement: Advanced knowledge of Pixel and API Conversion implementation, KPI monitoring, and data analysis for continuous optimization.AI for Creative Assets: Solid experience in using generative AI tools to design, produce, and optimize creative assets, as well as automating copy and insights.Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) with a focus on integrated AI features, and good command of Figma.Nice to haveExperience with AI image generation tools.Basic Video Editing skills.English level (B1 or higher)Employment or Collaboration Agreement according to the candidate’s profileSalary and professional category commensurate with the candidate's experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
