Shareholders Unit Specialist - Fixed Term Contract Job Description Within the Corporate Affairs function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Shareholders Unit's team, who supports the Head of Corporate Governance & Shareholders function in organizing the Annual General Meetings (AGM), updating the Shareholders Registry and managing relationships with retail shareholders.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Managing direct and indirect engagement activities with shareholders
Organizing the engagement activities, including events, of the engagement campaign for shareholders, fostering relations towards them
Supporting the Shareholders’ Club project and the launch of events in its framework
Supporting all analysis activities regarding the company’s shareholders base
Supporting in the activity of market practice analysis, regarding shareholders and corporate governance practices
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to strengthen the shareholder engagement campaign
Updating the Shareholders Registry and the relevant relationship with the network of intermediaries and the Central Securities Depositary Management Company
Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, Public Relations or Political Sciences
Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Knowledgeable and skilled in web communication tools and social networks, their characteristics and dynamics
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of managing relations with the public
Strong analytical and conceptual skills (identification of key message)
Qualitative as well as quantitative skills (figures, wording…) and good reporting skills
Proven experience in managing multiple projects, event management and meeting tight deadlines
Analytical, results-driven and gifted with an eye for details
Good presentation and communication skills
Proactive and goal oriented
Strong personal motivation and sense of autonomy
Internationally-oriented, mindful of cultural differences
