PpJob ID: | Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd /ppWe are currently seeking an experienced Site Office Administrator to join the business and play a critical role in supporting the Fulfillment Center (FC) Operations team for our FC in Horsley Park. /ppThe successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, self‑motivated, and able to handle confidential information, as well as demonstrate the ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliMaintain schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and conferences for the FC. /liliConduct clerical duties, including filing, full office management, responding to emails, preparing documents and presentations using graphics, graphs, and internal information and platforms. /liliCompile team goals, track and help drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on action items. /liliComplete purchasing of site office requirements. /liliSupport calendar management for general manager and leadership team. /liliAttend leadership meetings, taking notes and action items. /liliSchedule cost‑effective travel arrangements which include airfare, hotel and ground transportation as needed. /liliAssist with internal communications for associates and leadership among multiple platforms, interfaces, and programs. /liliSupport continuous improvement activities within the FC. /liliThink and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and manage time effectively. /liliCoordinate closely with Workforce Management, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other teams within the FC. /liliServe as representative on department team‑building and improvement activities and peer recognition. /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint). /liliExperience with written and verbal communication and presentation. /liliExperience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines. /liliExperience communicating clearly and effectively with different functional groups, including senior business leaders, finance, HR and developers. /lili2+ years of administrative support experience in a related field. /liliAvailability to work Monday to Friday and overtime as needed. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. /liliExperience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives, or experience managing multiple calendars. /liliStrong analytical skills and attention to detail. /liliAlignment with Amazon's customer‑centric philosophy. /li /ulpAcknowledgement of country:br/In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
