Job Title: Cost Controller
Location: Venice / Milano, Italy (projects across Milano, Verona & Venice)

About the Role:
We are currently supporting a leading multinational Project Management Consultancy in the search for a Cost Controller to join their team in Italy.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-end hospitality projects, with a particular focus on the renovation and restoration of heritage buildings, ensuring effective cost management across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses
• Support procurement and contract administration activities
• Identify potential cost risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Work closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with internal cost control procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Cost Controller within a PMC or similar environment
• Strong background in hospitality projects, ideally involving heritage building renovation/restoration
• Solid experience in cost reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Italy is preferred
• Flexibility to travel and work across Milano, Verona, and Venice
