Job description The main function of the Sales Enablement Specialist is to do everything necessary to successfully support sales and pre-sales departments with training materials, contents, and resources to drive growth and success. The Sales Enablement Specialist works closely with Marketing, Product, Operations and Sales Team as a content manager and creator, develop and execute data driven solutions for optimizing the presales process. This person understands business and ensures that there is integration between business and technology. Position skills and experiences required for consideration: - Bachelor or master’s degree in economics, marketing or management engineering. - Experience in software company, system integration company or consultancy is plus - Bilingual fluency in English and Italian - Availability to business travel in Italy and abroad - Proactivity, flexibility, and open mind to changes and innovation - Ability to communicate and to work in team - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across the company and with the customers - Problem solving attitude - Passionate at about digital, technology and software ecosystem Tasks: - Maintain and update Apparound’s enablement tools - Create, organise and update new helpful content for the company’s pre-sales and sales activities (showcases, demos, training videos etc). - Ensure that sales-centric contents are up-to-date, accurate and easily accessible - Support pre-sales activities, by being a content creator and being able to answer detailed Product questions (including giving deep Product demos) - Develop, organise and optimise sales enablement content, providing the capabilities sellers need to promote sales excellence - Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders - Training and co-marketing activity with national and international partners - Provide effective onboarding and training execution for all the new sellers - Suggest to the Product team improvements of our solution showing proactivity - Take care of prospects, partners and customers’ needs finding the best solutions for them Please note: This is not a 100% full remote working.
