Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to join our Customer Service team. The role involves managing daily interactions with both Italian and international clients, with the goal of ensuring a smooth, clear, and professional experience throughout all phases of the commercial process (order management, shipping, and after-sales support). This position is ideal for someone eager to grow within the company, progressively taking on more responsibility.
Responsibilities
* Customer order management, including entry and monitoring in the ERP system.
* Daily communication with customers via email and phone.
* Coordination with purchasing, logistics, production, planning, R&D, quality team, administration and sales teams to ensure delivery timing and methods.
* Support in handling post-sales requests (complaints, returns, information).
* Preparation of basic reports and customer database updates.
* Participation in internal projects aimed at improving customer service.
Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer orientation.
* Excellent Excel and SAP.
* Fluent in English
