PpBolton Food – Innovations, Development Quality – Permanent – Cermenate, IT – Quality Sourcing Specialist /p pWe are looking for a Quality Sourcing Assurance Specialist to join our Quality Department in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy. /p h3How you make the difference /h3 pYou will lead the qualification and monitoring of all suppliers, ensuring compliance with Bolton Food’s quality and food safety standards through audits, production oversight, risk assessments, and accurate documentation, while collaborating closely with suppliers and internal factories to proactively manage quality risks. /p h3Your Agenda Looks Like /h3 ul liYou will lead the supplier homologation process, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and global quality and food safety standards; /li liYou will schedule and conduct supplier audits, monitor performance, and follow up on corrective actions; /li liYou will supervise on-site activities, including production, shipments, port arrivals, and inventory inspections, ensuring products meet quality and release criteria; /li liYou will provide technical support to suppliers on quality control, food safety, and production processes, particularly for new product launches; /li liYou will manage customer complaints, perform root cause analyses, and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with internal departments and suppliers; /li liYou will maintain and update supplier documentation, technical specifications, KPIs, and reports in compliance with company procedures and quality standards. /li /ul h3Your Team /h3 pYou will become part of the Quality Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Quality Sourcing Manager Europe AO. /p h3What Makes You a Great Fit /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Food Science Technology, Fisheries, or related field; /li li2–3 years of experience in food production, quality, or supplier management; /li liKnowledge of quality management systems, HACCP, and food certifications (ISO, BRC, IFS); /li liExperience in internal auditing, quality control, and supplier audits; /li liStrong problem-solving, analytical, and root-cause analysis skills; /li liExcellent communication and relationship management with internal teams, suppliers, and clients; /li liDetail-oriented with commitment to quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance; /li liAbility to work in dynamic, cross-cultural, and international environments; /li liProficiency with digital tools and reporting systems; /li liPrevious experience in new product launches or technical support to suppliers is a plus. /li /ul h3What’s In For You /h3 ul liWork location: Cermenate (CO) Italy /li liContract type: Permanent /li liWorking Hours: Tempo pieno /li liCompany canteen /li liRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available /li /ul pCurious About Us?
