Main tasks:
− Conceiving, planning and implementing events for the Museion audience, with a focus on the exhibitions and the Museion collection
− Coordinating autonomous and independent working groups, such as Museion Art Club Forum, to create formats that serve to promote the region’s subcultures
− Managing venue hire for cultural events
− Managing the necessary permits for events with various institutions (preparation and exchange)
− Managing event content for the website and/or various online platforms
− Organizing and preparing presentations for events − General support to the department manager
Requirements:
− Several years’ experience (minimum of two years) in project or event management, preferably in the field of arts and culture (university degree is a plus) − Knowledge of local cultural projects and institutions
− Interest in new trends in urban areas with emphasis on music, art, and entertainment
− Open and communicative personality
− Knowledge of MS-Office, business skills, excellent ability to organize and coordinate teams with diverse needs
− Fluent command of Italian, English and German language
