💼The opportunity
We are looking for a Campaign & Growth Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving measurable pipeline growth for Witboost, our data product management platform.
This role is focused on performance marketing, not branding or content creation. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and the Head of Sales to turn existing marketing assets, audience data, and campaign insights into conversion-focused campaigns that generate demo requests, sales-qualified leads, and revenue opportunities.
You’ll act as the bridge between marketing and sales, driving the right messaging to the right audience through the right channel - always guided by performance data and clear KPIs.
💰RAL: 65-75K €
💻 Responsibilities:
* Translate business priorities (target accounts, industries, regions, products) into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs.
* Launch and manage multi-channel programs across email, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting.
* Build workflows, segmentation, automation, and lifecycle tracking using HubSpot.
* Analyze campaign performance data to continuously refine messaging, audience targeting, and channel mix.
* Use an account-based approach to engage high-value prospects and strategic segments.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure alignment on account targeting, pipeline goals, and insights sharing.
* Report regularly on key metrics (e.g. demo requests, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline impact) to guide future efforts.
🛠️ Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
* 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or campaign marketing.
* Hands-on with email, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
* Experience with account-based marketing strategies.
* Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset.
* Fluent in English + one other EU language (French, German, or Italian preferred).
Nice to have:
* Experience supporting new market entry or geographic expansion campaigns
* Familiarity with intent data or lead intelligence tools
* Exposure to sales enablement in complex B2B buying cycles
