Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

Overview:
We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join a growing finance team. This role is ideal for a Senior Accountant ready to step into a leadership position, managing a small team while staying hands-on with accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage month-end closing and financial reporting
* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
* Lead and support a small finance team
* Ensure compliance with financial controls and processes
* Support ERP transition (SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Requirements:
* 5+ years of accounting experience
* Strong month-end and reporting experience
* Some leadership or mentoring experience
* ERP knowledge (SAP, D365, or similar)
* Good English skills (Italian preferred)
