Role We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to leverage cold outbound phone calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach to book meetings for our regional Account Executives. We have a great product, an exceptional team, and significant market momentum. We want to connect with as many brands as possible, and we need you to help us scale. Impact: This role directly contributes to our growth toward $10M ARR. About You
Resilience: You understand that sales involves hearing "no" frequently. You stay motivated by the larger goal and know that consistent wins will outweigh losses over time. Consistency & Discipline: You're comfortable making 60+ cold calls daily, sending 100+ emails/LinkedIn messages, and treating sales as a systematic, measurable discipline. Energy & Ambition: You bring genuine enthusiasm to this role. While sales experience is valuable, what matters most is your drive to excel and launch your career in sales. Required Language Proficiency:
Italian: Professional working proficiency or higher (written and verbal) English: Full professional proficiency (fluent). All client meetings and internal collaboration are conducted in English.
