Job Description
Solution Office is in charge of steering and challenging the development of the services (solutions) and IP (publications) at the group level.
Reporting to the Global Chief Solutions Officer, you will be responsible for:
* Global coordination of Teams, mainly across multiple geographies, in collaboration with around 70+ Partners and the Talent Development department.
As a Junior Solutions & Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Global coordination of Teams (~40 members) and PMO activities
* Preparation of Global Teams steering committees and conferences in coordination with Team Leaders
* Supporting Team Leaders in defining their squads and chapters strategies
* Monitoring and following up on the solutions and IP creation process, including budget and time validation, tracking squad and chapter definitions, identifying missing topics or potential new Teams
* Reporting and KPI tracking
* Quality control on IP and solution development
* Ensuring knowledge management structure and the availability of solutions/IP for all consultants via collaborative tools
* Animating internal communities and coordinating with Market representatives
Additionally, you will work on improving and optimizing processes post-deployment, including:
* Defining and implementing tailored methodologies for product development and go-to-market solutions
* Communicating new solutions to the global Management Team and Market Leaders
* Coordinating with other departments (IT, Finance, Business Development, Knowledge Management, Talent Development) to enhance functionalities and integration of the operating model into internal tools
Qualifications
Graduated from a top business school or university. Ideally, you have:
* 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting or an agile environment
* Knowledge management experience in a multinational context and/or in new product development, innovation management
You should be team-oriented, open-minded, analytical, and eager to join a motivating environment that values excellence, entrepreneurship, innovation, teamwork, care & support, and work-life balance.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
* The position is based in Italy (Milan or Rome).
